DCR100 - Direct Current Relay Module Maretron's DCR100 contains 6 Direct Current (DC) relays, each capable of switching up to 10amps. The DCR100 connects directly to an NMEA 2000(R) network, so you can turn on and off the relays from any device onboard or remotely running Maretron?s N2KView(R) software. The DCR100 easily handles resistive DC loads like lights, or inductive DC loads like pumps and motors. The DCR100 can also be used to switch AC circuits using external relays. An added benefit of the DCR100 is that it reports the current through each of the six channels. This allows you to determine if loads are drawing too little electrical current such as burnt out bulbs, or if the loads are starting to draw too much electrical current. Maretron Maretron NBE100-01 NMEA2000 Network Bus Extender
Maretron's NBE100 (Network Bus Extender) allows you to extend the maximum node count, network trunk length and cumulative drop length of any NMEA 2000(R): network. The NBE100 solves bus errors and other electrical issues caused by exceeding any of these limitations and makes design of large networks easier. NMEA 2000(R): networks have a maximum of 50 nodes allowed on a single network, a maximum network trunk length of 200m and a maximum cumulative drop length of 78m. If you have a network that exceeds any of these specifications, you can simply disconnect the network trunk in the middle and connect the ends to the NBE100, along with additional termination resistors. This will split the network into two electrical segments, each of which can have up to 50 nodes, for a total of 100 nodes on the logical network. The NBE100 will transparently route NMEA 2000(R): messages between the two network segments, making them work as a single logical NMEA 2000(R): network. Advanced priority-based message routing ensures that higher-priority messages are always prioritized over lower-priority messages, enabling predictable and reliable network operation. Submersible Pressure Transducer 0-3 PSIMaretron’s submersible pressure transducers indicate tank levels and can be installed directly in the tank. Please follow these instructions to mount and connect a submersible pressure transducer to an NMEA 2000® network via a Maretron FPM100 Fluid Pressure Monitor. Maretron recommends one of two methods for mounting a submersible pressure transducer in a tank: 1) without a restraining tube, and 2) with a restraining tube.The submersible pressure transducers are designed for a tank with a 5-hole SAE J1810 fitting at the top. Install the mounting plate with cord grip onto the transducer cable, with the rounded hex section of the cord grip facing away from the transducer.Lower the pressure transducer into the tank such that the transducer lies at the lowest point of the tank and tighten the cord grip to secure the cable. On a tank with a flat bottom, the transducer may slide from side to side with the motion of the vessel but will not rotate due to the stiffness of the cable. It is also possible to mount the pressure transducer inside a restraining or focus tube (sold separately, Maretron part number TFT-5H).Pressure Transducer MountingConnect the two wires of the pressure transducer to a free pressure monitoring channel. Connect the red wire from the pressure transducer to the channel's positive (+) terminal and connect the black wire from the pressure transducer to the negative (-) terminal of the channel. Maretron Maretron TLM150-01 Gasoline Tank Level Monitor 24in Depth
Maretron's TLM150 is used to sense gasoline fluid levels of tanks using ultrasonic technology. Ultrasonic, or sound waves, are transmitted via the TLM150 mounted at the top of the tank and the flight times of the sound waves to and from the fluid are measured much like a depth sensor. What this means for you is that there are no difficult to handle long probes protruding into the tank, which often foul and/or corrode. Once the TLM150 calculates and broadcast the fluid level over the NMEA 2000(R) network, you can observe tank levels anywhere on the vessel where there is an NMEA 2000(R) compatible display such as the Maretron DSM250. The TLM150 is capable of sensing gasoline levels in tanks up to 24? (0.61m) in depth (see TLM100 for fluid types other than gasoline in tanks up to 40 in or the TLM200 for tanks up to 104 in). The maximum current capacity for the CBMD12 is 75 amps in 12V DC and 24V DC power systems.The Bypass Module provides a manual method (ON/OFF switch) to control loads by providing power to each load in case of a CLMD12 malfunction or a NMEA 2000(R) network failure. The CBMD12 utilizes standard fuses for overcurrent protection and 12 Carling Curvette(R) Rocker Switches for manual control of each load. With the use of the Curvette rocker switches, there is no arcing that occurs while manually overriding a load. Furthermore, unlike other digital switching products, MPower does not require moving a fuse which can cause electrical connections to degrade, or the possibility for ignition.It's important to ensure that the current rating of the fuse for each load is appropriate to protect the load and the wiring for that load. Please note that the bypass module does not support paralleled outputs, since each circuit is controlled by a separate switch. Additionally, the bypass module does not support dimming of circuits.
